**Job Summary**

Enthusiastically interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints for Ohio and KC Offices. Document all conversations and correspondence. Communicate professionally with customers, operations personnel and executive management to resolve issues. You will become the client's go-to pipeline to our entire team to ensure clients request and needs are heard and resolved by our entire team in an expeditious way. Track all logistics of product from order to point of delivery and communicate with internal and external teams. Also assist with tracking of trades scheduled times to be on site to ensure they maintain our "On Time" philosophy. Gather and manage the data entry of FaciliBuild HUB software application to assist our Product and Service Management Teams.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**

Confer with customers by telephone or email to provide all personnel and product logistics for our Large Equipment Divisions. This includes submission and tracking product delivery, Fire system and Installation trades. It is critical to ensure the site knows exactly when product will arrive on site and that our vendors arrive on site on time.

Be point of contact for any unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation when arise and needs immediate and constant follow up with internal and external teams until 100% resolved.

Create all FaciliBuild projects when client purchase order is received and follow up with internal teams weekly to make sure tasks are complete for file uploads, site communications completed, schedules set, and vendor POs have been submitted. Keep in mind you are not performing the task stated above but ensuring that they have been completed by our team.

Help Product Sales and Project Managers gather all external trades site contacts and enter into FaciliBuild App Teams Page. Ensure checklists are completed and returned.

Track all IAQ products, maintain inventory requirements, package and ship all products to site per Scheduling team requirements and track to site.

Assist the Service Management Teams on gathering all site team members, schedules, and follow-up of any of our Service Management Checklists required for jobs.

Assist the KC and Ohio Product Sales staff on requested miscellaneous items to help ensure our clients get the highest level of service in a set expedition timeline for each task.

Only when needed, assist with Data Entry into our application software for our TAB technician team when needed to keep up with demand.
