The Opportunity:
As the General Manager, your key responsibilities will include crafting and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to drive growth initiatives. This will involve coordinating efficiencies across logistics and dispatch operations, as well as optimizing resources to enhance the company's growth potential. You will lead a team of 15, overseeing P & L management and day-to-day operations. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to network with clients and cultivate meaningful relationships.
What you will need to be successful:
- Proven track record of developing and implementing go-to-market strategies by driving business development initiatives and nurturing sales territories to achieve revenue expansion.
- Achieving continuous sales growth through the cultivation of meaningful relationships.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing P & L responsibilities.
- Expertise in logistics management and operational excellence, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service.
