Our team is looking for a Quality Engineer to join them. You will report to the Quality Manager and will have an onsite work schedule in Creedmoor, NC.

To be considered for the Quality Engineer, here's what you'll need to bring with you:

  • Bachelor's degree in quality assurance, engineering, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in aerospace quality engineering or a related field
  • Strong understanding of AS9100 aerospace quality standards and FAA regulations
  • Experience with ISO 9001 and other quality standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must be highly competent in Microsoft based office and project tools.
  • Demonstrated ability in problem solving tools such as: 8D, 5-Why, A3, Ishikawa


As a Quality Engineer, you will:

  • Develop and document quality procedures and work instructions.
  • Ensure that the company's products and processes meet all applicable standards and regulations.
  • Conduct inspections and audits of aerospace products and processes.
  • Resolve quality issues and oversee effective corrective actions.
  • Improve first time yield, scrap reduction and other KPI metrics.
  • Work with other departments to ensure the company meets all applicable safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage customer complaints/return material authorization (RMA) process.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in aerospace quality.

Salary Range:

  • $75,000 - 85,000.00
