TQI Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support upcoming work located in Carderock, MD.

**Responsibilities:**

In support of NMCI administration at NSWCCD and detachment sites, must possess experience in the following areas:

Create/Delete/Deactivate/Disable/Modify NMCI (user) Accounts: NMCI Non-Classified Internet Protocol (NIPR), Developer, Science & Technology (S&T), Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET), Unclassified Naval Nuclear Propulsion Information (NNPI), and Classified NNPI.

Gather and maintain NMCI documentation and signed agreements, coordinate NMCI service delivery to remote site locations.

* Install/Transfer/Upgrade NMCI-approved software on non-NMCI core build seats

* Provide end-user support for Move/Add/Change (MAC) requests and resolve NMCI Help Desk Ticket issues

Update user profile information in the Global Address List (GAL) Active Directory, etc.

Assist in the daily operation of Wireless and Multi-Function Device (MFD) programs

Utilize ticketing system to track issues and requests

Provide customer service support, status updates, and clarification to NSWCCD customers

Generate reports and metrics in support of senior leadership decision making

**Clearance Requirement:**

* Candidate must possess and maintain an active secret level security clearance

**Skills / Education / Qualifications:**

* Associates degree or higher from an accredited college/university. Candidate may substitute three years of relevant professional experience (in addition to the experience required below) for the associates degree requirement.

* Minimum two years of experience working with NMCI (or equivalent) systems (Hewlett Packard Service Manager (HPSM), NMCI Navy Enterprise Tool (NET), and Seat Resource Management (SRM)), supporting the NMCI contract (or equivalent); including documenting and tracking seat order and delivery status, promulgating changes and information to users, customer support, financial reporting to divisional management, account creation, and oversight of the Move/Add/Change (MAC) process. Years of experience beyond the minimum may be considered a strength.

* Familiarity with Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) contracts, policies and managing NMCI data.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Access, and Outlook).

**Desired Skills & Qualifications:**

* Prior experience working in a fast-paced Government program preferably supporting a Naval command

* Effective teamwork, verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

* Ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team

* CompTIA Security+CE a plus.
