Solar Monitoring Manager

The Role:
Energix Renewables is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Solar Monitoring Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all monitoring activities related to solar energy projects. A motivated, professional, and driven applicant will thrive in our fast-paced work environment. This will be an on-site role in Arlington, VA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all monitoring activities related to solar energy projects.
- Instruct the maintenance team in maintenance faults and set priority.
- Perform daily control for malfunctions.
- Perform performance research and lead streamlining processes.
- Prepare production reports and conduct data analysis.
- Monitor control indicators and service norms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in electrical engineering or a related field. Experience will be considered in lieu of education.
- 2+ years of experience in solar energy monitoring.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
