TRG Manufacturing Search Division is actively seeking a dynamic Regional Inventory & Replenishment Manager to join an industry-leading distributor of electrical components and industrial automation technologies. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of purchasing and inventory management experience in B2B wholesale distribution. We re looking for a servant leader who can oversee purchasing, inventory performance, and supplier relationships while driving efficiency and effectiveness throughout the supply chain processes. You get the chance to have a positive influence on the whole company by implementing effective replenishment strategies, negotiating with suppliers, managing fill rates, and optimizing inventory turns to exceed customer satisfaction.

Background

  • Minimum of a Bachelor s degree (Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Distribution, Industrial Engineering or related field preferred)
  • Minimum of 5+ years of purchasing and inventory management experience in B2B wholesale distribution or similar industry.
  • Driven leader with excellent communication skills. High proficiency with data management and data analytics, working with complex spreadsheets and business intelligence reporting tools such as Power BI.
  • Experience with ERP replenishment systems
  • CPIM, CCP, or ISM certification desired. Six Sigma (green belt) or Lean certification a plus.
  • Previous experience negotiating and managing supplier contracts, including performance and volume rebates, service commitments, returns, and commodity planning.
