Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and finalize all claim reports using the process established by the department.
  • Update on claim information/status.
  • Coordinate with other departments to support claim resolution and approval.
  • Communication and dispatch requests to vendors


Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years high volume inbound call experience
  • Ability to multitask and attention to detail.
  • Microsoft office skills, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Technically savvy to pick up on new software and interoffice chat forums.
