Job Title: Warehouse and Delivery
Department: Warehouse
Status: Full Time / Hourly (Non-Exempt)
Reports To: Warehouse Manager
Summary of Position: Actively engages as a member of the Warehouse Team while responsibly performing a variety of tasks including cutting, organizing, staging materials, and delivering company products to customers and job sites in a timely fashion, and ensures smooth and consistent operation to meet expectations. This position requires the ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment and lift heavy objects.
Essential Functions
- Create and maintain proactive and collaborative relationships with customers, co-workers, installers, and suppliers.
- Work safely always and notify the manager of any safety related issues immediately.
- Assist with measuring and cutting materials to job specifications.
- Organize and prepare flooring products for installer and customer pick-up.
- Operation of a commercial vehicle on roadways following all applicable laws and safety regulations.
- Accurately and efficiently load products on vehicles and ensure load is secured to prevent breakage.
- Deliver all products accurately and on time.
- Document delivery confirmation and process appropriate paperwork in a timely manner.
- Maintain vehicles as per company standards.
- Other duties as requested.

- Openly exchange ideas and suggestions with team members for department growth and development.
- Offers to help team members with workload balance and asks for assistance from others when needed.
- Prioritizes workload, works well under pressure, and meets tight deadlines consistently.
- Position is both in-office and on the road working close to others.
Requirements Minimum Qualifications - High School education, or equivalent.
- Valid driver license and satisfactory driving record required.
- Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50lbs
- Experience with forklifts and other types of warehouse equipment.
- Proficient in various technology platforms such as apps, smartphone functionality, PC literate in MS Office, Outlook, Internet browser.
- Basic math, reading, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Exhibit professionalism always, including proper dress attire representing the company.
- Experience in a warehouse distribution environment is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to support company values that maintain positive customer relations.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
