ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- All duties associated with the upkeep of the race track.
- Operate heavy equipment to include tractors, water truck, dump truck, and loaders.
- Understand and practice Family Style Service at all times with all guest and team members.
- All other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
Must be hard working and motivated, have working knowledge of general maintenance, lifting over 50 lbs., operating tractor, attention to detail a must.Vocational skills a plus! CDL License preferred. Experience in maintenance with knowledge of operating tractors. Also thorough knowledge of all aspects of the implements, used to maintain the racecourse.Must be able to stand/walk/ sit for extended periods. May be exposed to working in a noisy, smoke/secondary smoke environment.
Must be at least 21. Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing. Must be able to pass a background investigation.
