TCR Partner Sales are Level 3 sales reps who are focused on growing and supporting TCR Distributors. The role involves Sales, Business Development, Project Management, Training and Customer Service

Responsibilities

Strategic Accounts Executive s direct support to help grow and manage TCR Partners

Focus on Partner Websites and Marketing

Part of team Accountable for achieving TCR revenue plans

Create, record and manage Opportunities

Closely work with Team leads as needed

Create and Prepare Proposals and Quotes

Ongoing Market Analysis and share information appropriately

Ongoing TCR Business technology learning

Allocate time to study other markets for Distributor growth

Attend weekly and monthly scheduled meetings

Project lead as requested or needed

Continuous onboarding and procedure re-enforcement

Support Authorized Service Providers as needed

Establish relationships with key middleware providers

Create and maintain updated Presentations

Provide High Level updates related to Distributors periodically throughout the year

Ongoing study of Teller and Branch Operations pertaining to Cash

Qualifications

Availability Eastern Time zone (PT as needed)

Hybrid

Some Travel is required

Lead Sales teams of various size companies

Lead the Sales process with end-users through installation and integration

Perform and engage with Decision Makers, Sales Leads, Sales Teams,

Technical comprehension (a bonus)

Experience in the Banking Industry (a bonus) especially in Branch Operations

Good understanding of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and like programs

Ability to perform in pressure situations
