Summary of Position:

Provide Division Order Administration Services to clients using the BOLO Land module from Wellpoint Systems. The Division Order Manager will be responsible for all division order workflows, processes and procedures associated with maintaining accurate and up-to-date information. This is a leadership position that will manage a growing team. The ideal candidate will promote efficiencies and constantly look for improvements.


Duties &Responsibilities:

Facilitate the distribution of proceeds from oil and gas purchases by determining the ownership through analysis of title documents and by maintaining and updating ownership records

Examine title instruments effecting transfers of interest (deeds, assignments, conveyances, trusts probate documents, etc.)

Update/Approve the BOLO data system to reflect the changes in ownership

Set up new properties and expire any that are no longer active

Prepare Division Orders in accordance with record title ownership using BOLO wizard

On behalf of the client, answer interest owners telephone and written inquiries regarding interest calculations, requirements for changes in ownership, title discrepancies, etc.

On behalf of the Client, prepare letters to owners to respond to various Division Order questions relative to changes in ownership, title issues, general well information, etc.

In BOLO create LD1350, process RV2260, RV2360, JB2260, RV3230, RV3340

Set up cost centers, prospects, revenue decks with related components, JIB decks.

Set up/Approve OGM leases, ROWs, contracts, and other documents in BOLO land and update as necessary.

Prepare/process obligation calendars, delay rental calendars, lease expiration calendars, and other reports relating to OGM leases.

Cohesively work with managed staff to solicit continuous improvement initiatives and then organize methods to implement and monitor.

Provide BOLO Land Training to clients and new in-house staff.

Provide training and technical support to client and staff on matters.

Work at client s office as requested and agreed upon by Opportune Management

Assist with new client set-up.

Meet client's closing schedule.

Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree

Minimum of 12 years in the oil and gas industry

Minimum4years management experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent customer service skills with internal and external parties, strong math aptitude

Ability to manage several lease analysts and DOI analysts (local and remote)

Must be a team player and possess the ability to work closely with other departments to ensure DOI and related Land information is accurately set up and regularly updated to meet projected deadlines

Meet with clients to discuss/evaluate their Land needs and how Opportune may assist them

Willingness to accept a work schedule with various demands which will vary as departmental workload/projects fluctuate

Flexibility, multi-tasking, problem-solving, time management, and organization skills required

Proficiency with various software programs such as BOLO, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

Maintain excellent client relations and support Opportune decisions
