As an Inside Sales Specialist you will be partnering with realtors across the nation while working together to secure their client s homes and protect their families. Your pursuit to build a book of business and increase your income helps communities all over the country. Every time you push yourself outside of your comfort zone, you are impacting more than just your paycheck.


We are willing to pay big for exceptional salespeople, so we offer an hourly rate PLUS uncapped weekly commissions, monthly and yearly bonuses, AND no seat cost to meet before commissioning.


Responsibilities:

In this role you will utilize extensive outbound call efforts through a lead base of warm leads to build a long-term book of business and the income potential that you deserve. Every dial you make for your business is an investment in YOU. As your business grows and your income increases, so does the number of communities you help protect.

Compensation:

  • Hourly Rate PLUS Uncapped Commissions / Paid Weekly.
  • Monthly/Annual Bonuses
  • 4 weeks of Paid Training.

  • Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day/no nights, no weekends, no travel required.

On Target Earnings:

  • Inside Sales Territory Representatives makes an average of $80,000-$100,000+ per year.
  • Additional positions unlocked with higher income potential make an average $130,000 to $180,000.
