Ikonix USA is looking for a Warehouse Associate to add to its Operations team!

Everyday you use products powered by electricity and battery currents. Every time you toast your bread, charge your laptop, blow dry your hair or wash your clothing, you are using products that need to be tested to ensure their electrical safety. Our goal is to keep people safe from the dangers of electrical shock. Ikonix USA manufactures electrical safety compliance instruments and power sources. Our customers use our instruments to ensure they are producing and shipping products that are safe to use.

The Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for performing all tasks related to fulfilling orders. This includes:

  • Responsible for all aspects of shipping and receiving
  • Performs quality checks on all products before shipment
  • Pull items from inventory to complete customer orders
  • Prints required paperwork, packs orders, and prepares them for shipment
  • Records shipment data
  • Arranges shipping and delivery with carriers
  • Adheres to ISO processes and work instructions
  • Works with all departments to provide our customers with the best experience possible
Do you want this job? Here are the requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, or warehouse operations preferred
  • 1 year of experience driving a forklift
  • Good Attendance
  • Positive Attitude
  • Team Player
  • Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Strong Computer Skills
