Computer Technician /Hardware Technician
Onsite Role in Santa Clara California 95054 United States
w2 Contract only
Hourly pay: $40/hr on W2
Key Skills: CPU troubleshooting; troubleshoot/debug skill from components to board level. Experience with oscilloscope, schematic, Allergo and Soldering skill

Support total quality management objectives in a team environment.
Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of installed and remove software packages.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to troubleshoot complex circuit from system to assemblies to component levels to determine root-cause failures.
Ability to operate a personal computer including using a Windows based and Linux base operating system and related software.
Computer or server installation experience a plus.
Familiarity with mechanical assembly, cable routing and quality standards a plus.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal.
Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment.
Demonstrate understanding or how to successfully work in cross-functional organizations.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of server systems, PC systems, and computer architecture.
Ability to constantly move around department, required.
Must be able to perform physical activities, such as, but not limited to, lifting heavy items (up to 50 lbs. unassisted).
Position is required to use manual tools and power equipment common in the maintenance and repair of electronic equipment.
Moderate walking, frequent stoping, bending, and reaching required.
The candidate must be able to work in a fast pace environment.
Candidate May be exposed to loud noise, dust, electrical and chemical hazards.
