Our salary and benefits are everything you d expect from an organization with global strength and scale, and you ll be surrounded by career opportunities in a culture that fosters care, collaboration and support.Job DescriptionEssential Functions Statement(s)Assist 2nd shift supervisor in monitoring flow efficiency, tracking, quality, paperwork, and all related parts of the Assembly process.May perform routine tasks in preparation for assembly such as cutting wire to specified size, stripping, tinning, or bending wire parts, wiring and fastening terminal connectionsAssembles and installs various electrical or electronic components where operation and sequence are specified by blueprints, diagrams, or established operations practicesMay be assigned to Wiring, Epoxy, Final Assembly/Lensing, and other areasMay perform solder touch-up or solder of parts as a secondary operationMay train other assemblersMay complete other duties as assignedQualifications RequiredUS work authorization is a precondition of employment.
