Duties
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns throughout the midwest for STEM education in the K-12 school market and technical college market
- Install products at customer location and give initial training to teachers
- Travel within the midwest to school/customer location to provide these services is required (company vehicle and related expenses is provided)
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends
Experience
- Proven experience in technical support/service is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a must
- Proficiency in CRM software is a plus
- Must have clean driving record
