Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Intake Manager located in the Corpus Christi Area, with flexibility for remote work. The Intake Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to consistently engage new clients, establish effective relationships with clients, and close sales. They will utilize their knowledge of the legal industry to work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and other members of the firm to develop strong business relationships.


Qualifications

  • Sales driven/ 5+ years of sales management experience
  • Focus on ROI and can hit a 95% conversion rate for wanted leads
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and clients
  • Knowledge of legal industry and sales techniques is a plus
  • Self-motivated with strong sales background and the ability to work independently or with a team.
  • Has led a team of at least 20+ people
  • Great knowledge of coaching and growing a team to success.
  • Numbers focused and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to follow company best practices and procedures & enforce them.
