Position Overview: They are currently seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee a variety of education-based projects. As a key member of their team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to coordinate project activities and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to clients and senior management.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members to promote collaboration and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on education-based projects preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
