CalWest's client school in the San Francisco Bay area seeks Elementary School Teachers to start in August 2024.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree is required. A master s degree is preferred.
3 years of Elementary school teaching experience
Effective communication skills, patience, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and parents are important qualities for elementary teachers.
Experience incorporating SEL and DEI in your teaching

Responsibilities

Design and implement lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and educational standards.
Evaluate student progress through assessments, tests, and other methods to determine learning needs and adjust teaching accordingly.
Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and support staff to support student learning and development.
Provide support and accommodations for students with special needs in collaboration with special education teachers and support staff.
Integrate technology into teaching practices to enhance student learning and engagement.
