Our Market Operations team is looking for a Shift Lead who loves solving problems, thinking critically, and mentoring a high performing team. You will plan, monitor, and manage our fleet of electric scooters. This is a key position to meet goals and continuously improve Spins impact in the community.

**Responsibilities**

* Lead a team of drivers to accomplish shift goals

* Coordinate daily tasks and rollout new products and features

* Be a subject matter expert on Spin operations

* Assist with scooter deployment and collection

* Report performance to Operations Lead or Manager

* Problem solve with other teams to resolve issues that arise

* Support operations with fleet deployment and collection, as needed

**Qualifications**

* Must be 18 years or older with two years of driving experience

* Proficient computer user (systems, dashboards, and spreadsheets)

* Ability to lift 50-70 lb scooters (with or without accommodation)

* A valid driver's license

* A smartphone and comfort multitasking with mobile apps

**Highly Desired**

* Previous management or dispatch experience

* Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize issues

* Action and results oriented

* Ability to work multiple shifts, including

weekends

* Familiarity with local streets and neighborhoods

**Pay Rate:** $18.00/hour
