Responsibilities

  • Oversees multi-family apartment community
  • Collect rent and maintain computer records; Follow-up delinquent accounts and pursue collections in accordance with an established procedure
  • Leads, motivates and manages onsite team, including leasing agents
  • Address resident concerns in a professional manner and solve problems
  • Conduct property inspections for cleanliness, curb appeal and to ensure property integrity is maintained.
  • Coordinate maintenance of the property alongside the Maintenance Supervisor
  • Maintain favorable relationships between residents, employees and corporate offices
  • Treats tenants and property as if they were your own


Requirements

Qualifications / Minimum Skills to Apply:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Mobile Communication
  • Working knowledge of the Yardi property management platform
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed to show units
  • knowledge of laws and standards to Property Management, such as Fair Housing Laws, Landlord-Tenant Laws, Local, and State Building Codes
  • Access to a reliable automobile - REQUIRED
