Responsibilities
- Oversees multi-family apartment community
- Collect rent and maintain computer records; Follow-up delinquent accounts and pursue collections in accordance with an established procedure
- Leads, motivates and manages onsite team, including leasing agents
- Address resident concerns in a professional manner and solve problems
- Conduct property inspections for cleanliness, curb appeal and to ensure property integrity is maintained.
- Coordinate maintenance of the property alongside the Maintenance Supervisor
- Maintain favorable relationships between residents, employees and corporate offices
- Treats tenants and property as if they were your own
Requirements
Qualifications / Minimum Skills to Apply:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Mobile Communication
- Working knowledge of the Yardi property management platform
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed to show units
- knowledge of laws and standards to Property Management, such as Fair Housing Laws, Landlord-Tenant Laws, Local, and State Building Codes
- Access to a reliable automobile - REQUIRED
