This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Associate to join a private equity business undertaking exciting projects in the Renewable Energy industry.
Our client is a renewable energy and green-tech focused Private Equity firm, looking for a new Associate Counsel to join their Legal team to work alongside the VP of Legal and the General Counsel.
You will provide expert advice and insight to the Investment Team, leadership and portfolio companies of the firm.
The right candidate for the role will have;
- 3-5 years' post JD experience from one of the leading New York law firms
Expert understanding of
- Power Purchase Agreements
- Project Finance
- Lease agreements
- Corporate finance/M&A Experience
$200,000 - -$250,000 Base Salary, plus bonus
