LHH is currently partnering with one of our growing Oil & Gas services clients here in Houston on a Financial Analyst search. The hiring company offers best-in-class production of tools & machinery, and this is an excellent opportunity to build your experience while getting exposed to the entire business. The Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial statements, preparing projections/estimates, and assisting with the budget process.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist in preparation of quarterly board and executive leadership presentations.
- Analyze key financial metrics in order to develop operational reports for publication to various stakeholders
- Variance analysis reports, abbreviated profit/loss statements, monthly performance presentations, KPI reports.
- Participate in long-term/budget planning on a monthly and quarterly basis.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor s degree in finance, accounting, economics, supply chain or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in FP&A related functions or other similar corporate settings.
- Strong understanding of key financial concepts: P&L analysis, KPI reporting, financial statements.
