We've teamed up with an esteemed not-for-profit and membership association, known for its significant global influence. Celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2024, this organization is committed to advancing education for societal change and is presently in search of a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant. This role will play a key part in providing efficient administrative support within this dynamic organization.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Facilitate meetings, organize schedules, and oversee routine office duties.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism.
  • Assist in creating presentations, generating reports, and overseeing data entry.
  • Arrange travel accommodations and develop detailed itineraries for team members.



Qualifications:

  • degree and a minimum of two (2) years of progressive and relevant work experience in association management, conference coordination, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.
  • organizational and time management skills.
  • verbal and written communication skills.
  • interpersonal skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, both as a leader and team member.
  • with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
