Open-Minded Therapy, LCSW, PLLC is a private psychotherapy practice specializing in adult care.
We are currently seeking an LCSW or LMHC for a fully remote part-time (minimum of 10 clients) counseling position. The candidate will be providing virtual therapy services for our practice as we expand and accept new clients in our Florida location.
A qualified candidate is required to have ALL of the following:
-Master Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited school of Social Work or Mental Health Counseling
-Active license to practice in the state Florida
-Experience in CBT and/or Psychodynamic Therapy
-Experience working with LGBTQIA+ communities preferred, but not required
-Previous experience providing psychotherapy to those aged 18+
-Previous experience working with minority and diverse populations
-Experience in Men's Mental Health desired, but not required
-Possess professional malpractice insurance
Things to note:
-This is an independent contractor position (1099).
-This position comes with flexible scheduling, so you will be creating your own schedule.
-We are open to filling a part-time role (minimum of 10 clients)
-Clinician will agree to get contracted / credentialed with insurance providers.
-This is a 100% virtual position.

Salary: $47.00 - $55.00 per hour
