Job Details

Zolon is a prime contractor with the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to provide Software Development, Maintenance, and Support. This is a 5-year program providing HHS with Application Development, Business Intelligence, Enterprise Resource Planning, and Infrastructure Optimization. We are looking for a Help Desk Lead to support this program.

Job Responsibility:
Serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software, all types of computer systems (PC and Mac), and printer problems.
Provide daily supervision and direction to staff who are responsible for phone and in-person support to users in the areas of email, directories, computer operating systems, desktop applications for all types of computer systems, and applications developed or deployed under this contract.

Requirements:
B.S. Computer Science
Minimum of 5 Years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and training.
Location: Washington, D.C (Hybrid 2-3 days onsite)
Clearance: Ability to obtain a Public Trust
