Role Specifications: This role is not strictly door-to-door. The position involves either cold calling or door knocking, providing a more dynamic and versatile work experience.


Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday (Sunday & Monday Optional), with a mix of virtual and office meetings.


Compensation: For the first 30 days, there is a base pay of $500 per week. After the first 30 days, it is strictly commission-based pay, with possible performance and quarterly bonuses. Uncapped Earning Potential: $7,500-$35,000/month.


Minimum Qualifications:


  • Valid State Driver s License.
  • Completion of our Sales Training.
  • Reliable Transportation.
  • Effective Communication Skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.


Preferred Experience:


  • Sales Experience.
  • Door to Door Experience.
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred).
  • Solar Sales/Installation Experience (Highly Valued but Not Required).
