We are committed to growing your career, so in this role you will:
- Support underwriters to execute business.
- Analyze multifamily real estate transactions in the Affordable Housing industry, which includes assisting in the collection and review of loan due diligence materials and preparing formal presentations for loan committee.
- Assist in all aspects of deal processing from application through underwriting and closing to delivery of the loan to servicing and/or investor.
- Perform local site inspections of collateral associated with proposed loans as possible.
- Other duties as assigned.
We are passionate about your growth, so to achieve success in this role you should have: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Positive attitude and proactive approach to learning new skills
- Previous internship or coursework in real estate is a plus
- Currently pursuing a degree in real estate, finance, business, or a related field
