Laboratory Technician, Lab Operations

Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day laboratory operations, including but not limited to equipment maintenance, inventory management, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Prepare and maintain laboratory reagents, solutions, and cultures according to established procedures.
- Assist with the setup and execution of experiments under the guidance of senior scientists.
- Perform routine laboratory tasks such as sample processing, data entry, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize laboratory workflows.
- Contribute to the maintenance of laboratory cleanliness and organization to uphold quality standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity within the laboratory.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Associate's Degree
- Previous laboratory experience in a biotech or life sciences environment preferred.
- Proficiency in basic laboratory techniques such as pipetting, centrifugation, and solution preparation.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
