WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As a Shuttle Driver and Wardrobe Attendant at Six Flags Fiesta Texas, you will provide safe transportation for our team members while also assisting in the organization and maintenance of our wardrobe department. In this seasonal part-time role (May-August 2024), you'll play a crucial part in ensuring a smooth operation during our busiest times, contributing to the overall success of our park experience.
HOW YOU WILL DO IT:
- Shuttle Driving: Safely transport employees between locations, ensuring punctuality and adherence to designated routes.
- Safe Workplace Environment: Obeying all traffic laws and enforcing safety rules of the park to riders. Maintain a clean and safe workplace environment.
- Wardrobe Assistance: Assist with the organization, maintenance, and distribution of uniforms and other wardrobe items for employees. Must be able to operate a register.
- Customer Service: Provide courteous and professional assistance to passengers during transportation and offer support to wardrobe customers.
- Inventory Management: Help maintain accurate inventory records of wardrobe items, including tracking loans, returns and on-hand items. Maintaining stock on lines and shelves
- Facility Maintenance: Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of wardrobe storage areas and shuttle vehicles. Operate industrial washer and dryers and report any issues.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent, but not required
- Provide a valid drivers license - and have a history of safe driving
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- Must be able to operate trams and fifteen-passenger vans at night
- Ability to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions while taking precautions, including hydration and sun-protection
- Morning availability preferred
- Be available to work most weekends and holidays, as well as mornings and evenings
- Be flexible and adaptable to change, as well as the ability and willingness to assist in other aspects of Wardrobe operations (including but not limited to the ability to be cross-trained and or learn other aspects as required)
- Willing to work in a high-performance team environment
- Able to function with general supervision
- Experience preferred, but not required On the Job Training provided
- Able to use Microsoft Office products, such as Outlook, Excel, and comfortable using a computer to assist with inventory and email correspondence
- Ability to operate a register
OTHER NOTES:
- May perform other duties beyond scope of above as necessary to support the park as a whole
- Reports to Human Resources Leadership
