Role Description

This is a full-time role located in Larkspur, CO, with flexibility for some remote work. The Full Time In-The-Field Sales-Outdoor Specialty Products role at Outdoor Solutions Colorado involves day-to-day tasks related to sales of outdoor specialty products. The role requires interacting with potential customers and clients, demonstrating product knowledge, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. This is a Straight Commission positions with a monthly expense allowance. The right candidate should expect to achieve a 6 figure income within the first year once candidate is up to speed on products and knowledge base. Saturday and sometimes early evening appointments necessary due to potential clients schedules. Average sale per client range is $7k-$150k depending on scope of project. We work all of the Front Range but do go beyond when it makes sense for OSC and the prospective client.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Strong product knowledge and passion for outdoor specialty products
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using sales software and tools
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for in-the-field sales
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Construction Background a Plus
• Extreme Integrity, excellent hygiene
• Willing to sign Non Disclosure Agreement and Good Faith Agreement
