Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating all installation, maintenance, and repair work
- Oversee team of maintenance technicians and oversee inventory control for both machine parts and tools
- Responsible for facility maintenance inventory control, to include
- Replacement parts
- Miscellaneous shop items needed for repairs, maintenance and cleaning
- Tools
- Training of new hires
- Shift supervising of technicians
- Working with the manager to develop facility specific SOPs
- Assist with repairs and maintenance
- Scheduling day-to-day work

- Other duties as assigned, or any reasonable request from any member of management
General:

Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED with over 2 years experience.
- Advanced technical skills in a maintenance specialty preferred
Technological Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Professional demeanor, strong work ethic
- Able to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
