RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and Lead store employees
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
- Create attainable sales goals and implement strategies to hit these targets
- Monitor store income and expenses
- Organize and host promotional events for the store
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years experience in retail management and/or bachelor's degree
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to relocate for future growth opportunities
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
