- Credentialing: ~90 days
- 10-& 12-hour shifts. 40 hours weekly. Cases scheduled Monday-Saturday.
- 7a-5p or 7a-7p. No call coverage
- Types of cases/patients: General, ortho, uro, GYN, gastro- no L&D, Neuro a plus but not required. Spinals a plus but not required. (Would likely avoid scheduling spinal cases initially until provider is acclimated. 3-8 cases per shift.
- Support staff: 1:3 MD Supervision model
- EMR: Epic
- Requirements: CA license, Board-Certification, COVID vaccine.
**This is a W2 contract that provides employee benefits (Medical, 401k, paid sick leave)
