The base salary for this position is $90,000 to $95,000.The Analyst role supports senior management on transaction execution and new business origination. Excellent communications and analytical skills are required.Duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following:Support senior management on transaction execution and new business originationSpecific responsibilities will include creating materials for pitches and other meetings; analyzing companies, sectors, deal activity, corporate filings, and shareholder dataBuilding relationships with internal and external deal constituents constructing and managing internal deal and investor-related databasesHave direct interaction with client management teamsMonitor the macroeconomic environment and issuance activity in the capital marketsThe ability to create innovative solutions, articulate complex ideas and adapt to a rapidly changing environment is essentialInterface with the institutional sales and equity research teams on transaction executionBuilding relationships with internal and external deal constituents constructing and managing internal deal and investor-related databasesPerform other duties as assigned.Education, Experience, and Skills required:Bachelor s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business.Understanding of relevant financial, mathematical and accounting techniques. Ability to analyze data and contribute to the definition of problems and creative solutions.Strong analytical and modeling skillsProven ability to work well in a fast-paced team environmentSuperior written and oral communication skillsStrong work ethic and time management skillsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 79 and 63 licenses required.B.
