Trillium Construction is now hiring a Data Entry Clerk in Surprise, AZ!
Our client is a well established leader in the areas of welding, metal fabrication, emergency maintenance and repair services for military and government projects, power plants, mining industry, industrial facilities, and data centers in the Phoenix area. They are now looking to bring on a data entry clerk for a project in Surprise, AZ. This is going to be a contracted position lasting 3 months and the candidate will be required to work onsite in the job trailer. Pay is between $20 - $25 an hour depending on experience.
Duties:
-Data entry for contract compliance
-Submit timely reports and prepare presentations / proposals as assigned
-Gather initial labor tracking information from drawings and estimates
-Enter information into tracking spreadsheets
-Scanning in packing slips into company operating system, filing, following up on back orders as needed

Qualifications:
-At least one year experience in construction, and has been on a construction site before
-Proficiency in Microsoft office (outlook and excel required)
-Good communication and organizational skills
