Sr Systems Engineering/Test and Evaluation (T&E) Support

Job Summary:

The United Stated Coast Guard (USCG) Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC) (CG-9322), Polar Security Cutter (PSC) (CG-9326), Waterways Commerce Cutter (WCC) (CG-9327), Domestic Icebreaking (DOMICE) (CG-9326DOMICE), and the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) programs require support to facilitate Program Management Offices (PMO) programmatic, financial, systems engineering, logistics, configuration management, administrative, and documentation support. These Program Offices are in various stages of the Acquisition Lifecycle Framework (ALF).

Education and Experience:

  • DHS/DAWIA Systems Engineering Level III certification OR DHS/DAWIA Test and Evaluation Level III certification OR Certified System Engineering Professional, OR International Test and Evaluation Association certification
  • 10 years of experience supporting Major Acquisition Program(s) (DHS/USCG Level 1, DoD ACAT I or equivalent) in a systems engineering/T&E role
Essential Duties:

CG-9322, CG-9326, CG-9327, CG-9326DOMICE, and USACE require acquisition and program support services focused on technical, logistical, administrative, and management capabilities and expertise. The ULC Systems Engineering/Test and Evaluation (T&E) Support serves USCG PMO acquisition programs by:
  • Providing Systems Engineering, Test & Evaluation, Systems Engineering Training, System Effectiveness and Analysis, System Integration, and System Verification and Validation
Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:
  • Proficient with CASE tools such as MEARS and DOORS
