Position: Automotive dealership Service Manager
This busy dealership is in need of a well-qualified automotive dealership service manager to join the team. Currently looking for a talented person that aligns with the dealerships core values and acts with respect, honesty, and teamwork. Company offers very good benefits plan including 401k retirement plan and health coverage.
Qualifications-Duties include:
- Guide, lead and mentor the service organization to maximize operations.
- Implement strategies and processes to meet department objectives.
- Ensure a great customer experience and maintain an above average CSI rating.
- Maintain a service customer follow up system that supports repeat and referral business.
- Hire and supervise all service department personnel.
- Advance manufacturer relationships.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Here s what you ll need:
- 5 years minimum of experience in a dealership service manager position.
- Must be energetic, enthusiastic and team oriented.
- Good working history.
- Good past references.
Pay range: $125k to $180k/per year, DOE
