Digital Account Coordinator

  • Coordinate and manage weekly project status updates for clients and manage client accounts
  • Coordinate and manage initiatives calendars and project schedules for assigned clients
  • Work collaboratively with internal team members and web developers to ensure the timely delivery of initiatives
  • Take the lead on keyword research, SEO and Paid Advertising intiatives
  • Update projects in project management software
  • Provide weekly updates for the clients you are assigned and ensure team members are aware of the projects due that week
  • Communicate with clients on the status of projects and keep all projects for clients running on time and within the project scope
  • Attend client meetings, take notes, and provide conference reports following meetings
  • Work with other account team members to develop creative briefs for projects and disseminate them to creative teams
  • Schedule kick-off meetings and work collaboratively with all team members to deliver projects on schedule and within the project scope
  • Provide creative thinking and take the initiative to grow clients businesses regularly
  • Update WordPress-based websites and adjust content on client sites as needed
  • Become proficient with marketing automation tools such as Pardot, HubSpot, SharpSpring, and InfusionSoft, which includes building out nurture campaigns and sending emails
  • Assist in the integration of marketing technology as client needs arise
  • Assist with social media posting for specific clients
  • Participate in weekly account management meetings and web development meetings
  • Other duties as assigned



Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare and deliver weekly lead generation reports, monthly SEO reports, PPC reporting, and other reports that inform our clients' business
  • Assist in analyzing and optimizing campaigns to make the highest and best use of resources
  • Weekly Project Status Reports delivered for executive review before meetings with clients that detail progress on specific projects



Brand Planning & Marketing Communications Coordination

  • Assist in the development and implementation of Prospect to Promoter Customer Research
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Integrated Brand Communications Campaigns
  • Research
  • Competitive Audits
  • Secondary Research
  • Messaging Strategy and Brand Wheel Development
  • Identifying and Inventorying Initiatives



Communication & Collaboration

  • Working closely with other team members and creative vendors to execute campaigns and deliver client results
  • Manage teams to deadlines ensuring on-time delivery of all client initiatives
  • Proof meticulously to provide high quality for all clients
  • Other duties as required
