Our client, an Entertainment Giant, is looking for Marketing Manager to support brand marketing and social campaigns. Candidates should have Minimum of 5 of experience marketing for a major studio/streaming. Candidates with title marketing may be considered, but BRAND marketing is target.

Hybrid, Santa Monica Must live local to Southern California

Pay $53.33hr

This person will be the Sr. Manager, Brand Social who will help manage and lead special projects, including the social strategy, creative and execution.

Be a strategic leader within the Brand Social team, guiding the social efforts for campaigns and cementing processes and operations to make the team more efficient/effective.

Lead the brand social campaign for the launch new app experience by creating strong proactive and reactive plans.

Work closely with the paid social and media teams to ensure that creative and media investments are aligned and effective.

Be a cross-functional teammate who engages, listens, and collaborates with internal teams on overall marketing strategy.

Be an inspiring peer and help develop out of the box and first-to-market experiences and content that will drive social conversations and increase brand preference.

Take BIG swings with ideas to create first-of-its-kind social content experiences for special projects.

Analyze key performance metrics regularly, making necessary recommendations for improvement.

Requirements::

6+ years of social media marketing & strategy experience at a media/entertainment brand, network, studio or advertising agency.

2+ years of management experience leading a social media team & agencies. A portfolio of work that showcases delivering results for high impact social media campaigns including strategy, ideation, and execution.

-Strong interpersonal skills, and collaborative working style ability to inspire, motivate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve goals.

Experience managing external agencies/partners/talent without oversight.

Experience presenting campaigns and delivering results to external talent and partners as well as internal senior executives.

Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
