Senior Administrative Assistant


Job Details

Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to join their team in Central OKC. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our executive team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.


Compensation: $45,000-$52,000/year


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the executive team's calendars, appointments, and meetings
  • Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries for executives
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, memos, and presentations
  • Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external clients
  • Coordinate and maintain records for contracts, invoices, and other important documents
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of the executives
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and ordering office supplies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a senior administrative assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
