Job description
Distribution Supervisor
- Manage branch Distribution department.
- Manage Distribution on-call services (e.g., schedules, oversees compliance with on call policies).
- Ensure that the responsibilities, authorities, and accountability of all direct subordinates are defined and understood
- Standardize procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates.
- Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow.
- Plan routes for Field Service Technicians
- Educate patients with relation to their home medical equipment to facilitate safe and effective equipment use and desired care, treatment and service outcomes.
- Promote safe, effective patient and organizational environments and equipment use.
- Participate in on-going education, including in-services, training, and other activities, to maintain and improve individual and leadership competence.
- Obtain, utilize, and update patient information in a confidential and secure manner for utilization in patient care and billing applications.
- Recognize and implement infection control practices that reduce the risk of infections in patients and organizational staff.
- Ensure that proper inventory par levels are maintained.
- Ensure that all equipment is clean and preventative maintenance is performed per manufacturers' guidelines.
- Maintain fleet vehicles per company and/or manufacturers' recommended service intervals.
- Ensure that warehouse and storage facilities are maintained in a clean, safe, organized manner at all times.
- Provide patient care, treatment. and service in a continuous and coordinated manner, in settings appropriate to meet patient needs.
- Recognize and respect patient rights during the provision of care or services and conducting business relationships with patient and the public in an ethical manner.
- Perform vehicle inspections.
- Perform setups, deliveries and pickups when necessary.
- Listen to and resolves service complaints appropriate to scope of practice.
- Places stock on shelves or racks and truck as needed.
- Ensure that routine maintenance is performed on assigned vehicle.
- Monitor Field Service Technicians by company GPS system to ensure route efficiency and safe driving
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:- Santa Fe, NM 87507: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:- Supervisor/Management: 2 years (Preferred)
