This role requires a dedicated Warehouse Employee Relations Specialist. This role provides proactive resourcing HR advice and guidance to the line worker Leadership Team. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and organizational skills. A positive attitude and enjoys working with people.

**Essential Job Functions**

* Supports reviewing attendance in warehouse

* Participates and supports in recruitment and selection of personnel, including identification of internal talent (and aligning with management) to support their growth

* Supports employees growth and development, by engaging with management, to clarify status of training, career path, performance and counseling

* Support coaching and follow up of management with confirming training Identify rich recruitment sources and utilize the full recruitment potential of the organization

* Engaging with management to analyze present and future needs

* Supports employees and engage with employees, getting to make them feel important, listened to and part of the PCS community and act as an employee advocate

* Build the environment, which recognizes top talents and top performers

* Follow internal procedures, and when required, recommend for creation of new procedures

* Build friendly corporate culture and drive the engagement of all team members

* Build direct communication channels and support honest and quick information flow

* Support Team members innovation

* Employee data collection and analysis

* Engages employees and manages the change management process

* Plans and executes programs for team members to ease and speed up the adaptation process

* Acts as the contributing project team member, who is responsible for the people agenda

* Builds, Maintain, and develop the relationship between managers and team members

* Single point of contact for management

* Drives employee performance and agenda Leads complex projects and initiatives with the aim to change corporate culture

* Protects and acts in the name of team members

* Conducts regular opinion surveys as emotions and feelings of employees are fully recorded

* Recommends and implements best approaches in management projects

**Job Specifications**

* Preferable a bachelors degree or an equivalent of 2 years human resources experience.

* Proficient bilingual in English and Spanish.

**Skills & Abilities:**

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

* Great interpersonal skills.

* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

* Highly organized.

* Able to multitask efficiently and effectively.

* Ability to interpret and evaluate regulatory codes.
