HR Assistant - Data Entry
Our client is locally owned and operated and has grown into a regional and national industrial equipment supplier. They provide a combination of value-added technical services, engineering, consultation, and quality products to a variety of markets. They provide mission-critical equipment to a wide variety of industries.
Summary of Duties
- Assist with the transfer of employee files between systems
- Help set up employee files in the new system
- document and record all changes and ensure continuity between both systems
- May also input info from paper documents into the system
- Handle sensitive information with utmost care
*Position starts as temporary and may grow into an HR role for the right candidate
Education & Experience- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1+ years of data entry
- Must be able to type 55 WPM
- Proficient in 10 key
- Experience with HR preferred
Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
