Opportunity Snapshot:
- Compensation - $30-32/hour
- Location: 1 opening in Seminole, TX and one opening in Sundown, TX
- Assignment Duration: 12 months+
- Work Schedule: M-F / 9 hour days

Responsibilities:
- Task planning and workflow coordination for multiple Crafts
- Attend daily plant meetings to ensure work is captured for planning and scheduling
- Plan, prioritize and coordination of both corrective and preventative work utilizing input from Operations and Craft Leadership
- Determine manpower, equipment and materials required for effective and efficient completion of planned work
- Assignment of both in-house crafts and outside resources for effective and efficient completion of planned work
- Scheduling of planned work based on PSM requirements and production risk
- Coordination with Global Supply Chain / Warehousing around components and spares requirements for upcoming work
- Attend daily Plant meetings to ensure work is captured for planning and scheduling
- Monitoring of budgeted cost/timing progress for scheduled work
- Generation and distribution of KPI reports (work order completion, equipment failures by type, work order planned vs actual cost, etc.) utilizing information from the CMMS (SAP)
Qualifications:
- Experience in SAP
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel and SAP systems
- Good at math and statistics
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; excellent communication abilities
- Data analysis and technical reporting
- Strong analytical skills and ability to apply analytical results
- High school diploma or GED required
