Summary:


We are seeking an experienced and hungry SDR (Sales Development Representative) to join our team. This role is a crucial part of our growth strategy, setting up new opportunities and serving as an internal talent bench. We re looking for candidates who have the potential and ability to grow into a larger sales role.


As a remote organization, there is no requirement on where we get our work done.

You can live anywhere aligned to time zone coverage for North America.

  • Quick to adjust and comfortable with taking on new responsibilities outside of the traditional SDR function.
  • Scrappiness, technical aptitude, and perseverance are all welcome qualities.
  • Coachable, interested in personal development, and unafraid to ask questions. Natural curiosity and a passion for learning are part of your DNA.
  • Comfortable empathizing and communicating with varying buyer personas, whether it s a CTO at a fast-growing startup or a CloudOps leader at a Fortune 500.
  • If applicable - a demonstrated track record of success in hitting targets and KPIs.
  • Bonus points for prior experience with technical products and industries.


What you'll be doing:


  • Generate interest and net-new opportunities by engaging with a diverse set of prospects (Founder, CTO, FinOps, Engineering, DevOps, Finance, Software Development, CloudOps, etc) through phone, e-mail, LinkedIn, SMS, and in-person events.
  • Become (or continue to grow as) an expert using a growing tech stack of sales acceleration and automation tools.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Leadership team on customer acquisition strategies
  • Share your best practices and real-time market intelligence, so we can improve our GTM programs and strategy.
  • Ensure you re positioned for success in a multi-billion dollar industry by passing an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner exam.
  • Learn, master, and apply our market playbook and processes, but share your ideas and success strategies to contribute to the effort for continuous improvement of nOps sales processes.
