We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our Loan Origination team. In this leadership role, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth by managing a team of originators and developing strategies to generate a robust pipeline of qualified leads.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of loan originators, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to maximize lead generation and loan origination.
  • Set clear goals and performance metrics for your team and track progress towards achieving those goals.
  • Conduct sales training for your team to ensure deep understanding best practices and understanding of customer needs.
  • Partner with the marketing team to develop engaging outbound campaigns and leverage marketing automation tools.
  • Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for coaching.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that promotes high performance and continuous learning.
  • Build strong relationships with potential borrowers and referral partners to generate new leads.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of the loan origination process and various loan products.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot (CRM) and sales prospecting tools.
  • Data-driven approach to sales with experience in analyzing sales data and reports.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 (based on qualifications and experience), plus monthly bonus.
