Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic marketing specialist to join our team and help us grow our brand and business. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns and initiatives that will increase our brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales. You will also be involved in researching and analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities, and providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

To be successful as a marketing specialist, you should have a passion for marketing and a keen eye for detail. You should also have excellent communication, writing, and design skills, and be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. You should also be familiar with various marketing tools and platforms, such as SEO, social media, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, etc.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and opportunities, and to monitor competitor actions and strategies.
  • Brainstorm and develop creative and effective marketing campaigns and materials for various channels and platforms, such as websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, brochures, etc.
  • Manage and optimize the company s social media accounts and online presence and engage with the online community and potential customers.
  • Coordinate and execute promotional events and activities, such as webinars, trade shows, seminars, etc., and ensure they are aligned with the company s brand identity and message.
  • Track and measure the performance and results of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and report on the key metrics and outcomes.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the marketing strategy and plan, and implement the changes as needed.
  • Collaborate and communicate with other marketing and sales staff, as well as external partners and vendors, to ensure the smooth and successful delivery of marketing projects and tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in marketing, communication, business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience as a marketing specialist or a similar role in the commercial furniture industry or sector.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of marketing principles, concepts, and techniques, including traditional and digital marketing methods and channels.
  • Proficient in various marketing tools and software, such as MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM, SEO, social media, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, etc.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills, and the ability to create engaging and persuasive content and materials for different audiences and purposes.
  • Creative, innovative, and analytical thinking skills, and the ability to generate and implement new and original ideas and solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team, and to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and efficiently.
  • Attention to detail, quality, and accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.
