Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Data Coordinator. In this contract to hire role, you will play a vital role in supporting our client's administrative tasks, processing payments, producing reports, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payments accurately to ensure timely and accurate collections.
  • Generate and distribute reports to stakeholders as needed.
  • Collaborate with vendors and buyers to address and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with the Accounts Payable department on debits and credits.
  • Work closely with the Merchandising Department to clear open payables.
  • Enter debits and credits associated with the department into the system.
  • Scan and email vendor documents, as well as upload vendor contracts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Understanding of SQL
  • Minimum of one-year experience in Accounts Payable and Receivables is necessary.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word.
  • Regular on-site, in-person attendance is required.
