Global Infrastructure SRE Lead

Job Description
The Global Infrastructure SRE Lead will spearhead the management of everything related to our Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) domain. This includes the design, development, and upkeep of our infrastructure services. The ideal candidate will ensure high-availability and fault-tolerance of our services while streamlining operational efforts through automation.
Key Responsibilities
As the Infrastructure Reliability Engineer Lead, you will be responsible for enterprise infrastructure designs, solutions, standards and project delivery of AMS, EMEA and APAC regions, including wired and wireless networks, wide area networks, campus and PoP networks and infrastructures, endpoint standard management, etc.
- Lead and mentor the SRE team
- Design and manage CI/CD systems and processes
- Ensure site reliability and uptime
- Monitor infrastructure performance and troubleshoot issues
- Collaborate with other engineering teams for incident resolution
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure management, design and architecture, implementing large campus infrastructure and networks by using SDN, SDWAN, Virtualization, Container, MDM, Storage and DC networking solutions, preferably in the technology and Internet business industry with cross-region collaboration backgrounds
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as an SRE Lead
- Understanding of software development and infrastructure architecture
- Expertise with Cloud Services, such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure
- Deep knowledge of monitoring tools and scripting languages
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Strong leadership skills
